Project Description
The VT STUDENT CITY is a new and modern dormitory project to be located in the picturesque city of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. The Project will include studio flats, which will accommodate one or two tenants in each unit on a monthly rental basis. The students will enjoy extra services area such as, study rooms and gym at NO extra cost while internet service, Cable TV, and more will be provided at a competitive price.

The Complex is located on the South-east part of Veliko Tarnovo town, the picturesque spot 'Troshana', close to the main road Sofia – Varna. “Veliko Tarnovo Hills” Complex is being constructed on a terrain of over 59 000 m2, including several different per type and character residential groups – public housing and single-family homes.
